This policy applies to all RehKittz lighting products, bike accessories, security locks and related items.
1. Warranty Coverage
RehKittz products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty duration:
- Lighting products (LED torches, bike lights): 12 months
- Security locks: 12 months
- Accessories (batteries, straps, mounts): 6 months
Warranty begins from the original date of delivery.
2. What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Hardware faults not caused by misuse
Internal electronic failures
LED or chipset malfunctions
Structural issues such as crack or breakage from normal use
If a defect is confirmed, RehKittz may provide:
A replacement of the same item
A replacement of equivalent value (if item unavailable)
A repair where applicable
3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Improper or unsafe use
Accidental drops, impact damage or crushing
Water exposure beyond the product’s rated resistance
Normal wear and tear
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Use of third-party batteries or chargers
Misuse, negligence or incorrect handling
Consumables such as rechargeable batteries may naturally degrade over time. This is not considered a defect.
4. Proof of Purchase
To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or confirmation email)
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
- Product name and description of the problem
We are unable to process claims without proof of purchase.
5. Warranty Claim Process
