At RehKittz, we are committed to delivering high-quality outdoor lighting, cycling gear and security accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. All products must be returned in their original packaging, including accessories and instruction manuals.
Please do not send your item back to the product manufacturer. All returns must be processed directly through RehKittz.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain product types cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
Gift cards
Digital or downloadable items
Health, hygiene or personal-use items
Consumable accessories such as opened batteries
Items marked as Final Sale
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or modifications
Any product returned beyond 30 days of delivery
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Items returned with visible signs of use
Products not in their original condition
Missing parts or packaging not due to RehKittz error
Returns received after the 30-day window
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming its arrival. Approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated after inspection.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
Check your bank account or card statement again
Contact your card issuer, as refund postings may take additional time
Contact your bank for processing delays
If you have completed all steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@rehkittz.co.uk.
Sale Items
Only standard-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange, email us at contact@rehkittz.co.uk with your order number and proof of the issue.

Gifts
If a product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for eligible returns. Once your return is processed, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using tracked shipping or insurance as RehKittz cannot guarantee the receipt of untracked returns.
